- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have been providing accounting, payroll, and HR services for quite some time so I understand what it takes to build the most cost efficient pricing system for each client. All pricing is tailored to each client with budget in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin new partner relationships with a meet and greet phone call. This gives me the opportunity to provide my new clients with a better idea of what I can do for them! I am also available via text or email before setting up a meet and greet in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Administration Information Systems and Accounting with over 30+ years experience in the field.
