Dmitri responded to my online repair request and set up an appointment the next day in 15 min. He even was able to come on a Holiday which surprised me. Had an opening before the appt time, looked at the washer, had the part in his car and was fixed in 30 min. Highly recommended and will use him again on future repairs.
