    Bret Smith is the most professional Personal Trainer I know. He is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful in his approach to training me and inspires me to continue to work out even though I suffer from arthritis. With his help I have strengthened my muscles which helps so much in alleviating the pain of the knee joints due to arthritis. He is strong, kind and inspiring. He keeps me honest in my work out routine. He changes it up so I'm never bored by a monotonous routine. I highly recommend him as your personal trainer. You can't get a better, more knowledgeable and friendly person!

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      My pricing system is based on the type of service, number of sessions required and number of clients if based on small group training. Corrective Exercise is a more hands on approach with very specific learning and exercising platforms. I offer session or half session rates that is based on type of training needed and best options for your schedule. Discounts are offered on prepaid sessions based on number of sessions needed for the month.
    • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Helping my clients first achieve pain free and strong foundational movement patterns followed by a focus on fitness improvement, nutritional health and lifestyle training. It really depends on the clients goals first and then we plan the strategies that will meet and surpass those goals.
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
      Take the time to find the right trainer that you feel the most comfortable with. Ask for referrals from people you may know and ask the trainer if they will give you a free first session to make sure there is mutual trust, comfort and professionalism.
