I’m amazed by the quality and efficiency of work that David and his working partner whose name I sadly can’t remember (if you see this, please comment so I can add you both to my other reviews!)
These gentlemen were so professional, attentive, and hard working. My carpet was very heavily stained— I have Multiple Sclerosis and poor motor skills so I frequently drop or spill things, plus I have cats who sometimes have accidents outside of the box.
I pointed out several stains that I didn’t expect them to be able to get out, including a stain from hot coffee that looked burned into the carpet to me. They got out every single one.
You could never tell that this morning this carpet was super gross. It’s like new.
They even cleaned my welcome mat on the way out.
The most remarkable thing to me is the value for this quality of work. I had previously used a different company that charged 4 times as much and was not as attentive to detail.
I’ll be using Imperial Carpet regularly. I’ve often been embarrassed by all the spill stains and I’ll be so much more relaxed knowing that they can easily be fixed. When you’re disabled, having one less thing to worry about is a big deal.

They did a great job. Best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had, no kidding. Great price too. The fan is kinda silly as it’s not on long enough. They have to move on to next job.

These guys got to the property early and went right to work. They had no issues cleaning the carpet in a 3-story condo. Great service. Quality cleaning. Professional attitude. Definitely will recommend.

These guys were great. Very responsive on the initial inquiry and quick to book an appointment. Uriel was our technician. He arrived right on time, was very thorough, and got our pet stained carpets cleaner than we imagined. Great service and will call Imperial again (and request Uriel) next time we need our carpets cleaned. Highly recommend!

Experience was positive from start to finish! They responded quickly and texted me their arrival time the day of. I showed them the rooms and they took over from there. Fast and professional and stress-free. They removed stains that I didn’t think was possible. So happy to have clean carpets again!
