I’m amazed by the quality and efficiency of work that David and his working partner whose name I sadly can’t remember (if you see this, please comment so I can add you both to my other reviews!)
These gentlemen were so professional, attentive, and hard working. My carpet was very heavily stained— I have Multiple Sclerosis and poor motor skills so I frequently drop or spill things, plus I have cats who sometimes have accidents outside of the box.
I pointed out several stains that I didn’t expect them to be able to get out, including a stain from hot coffee that looked burned into the carpet to me. They got out every single one.
You could never tell that this morning this carpet was super gross. It’s like new.
They even cleaned my welcome mat on the way out.
The most remarkable thing to me is the value for this quality of work. I had previously used a different company that charged 4 times as much and was not as attentive to detail.
I’ll be using Imperial Carpet regularly. I’ve often been embarrassed by all the spill stains and I’ll be so much more relaxed knowing that they can easily be fixed. When you’re disabled, having one less thing to worry about is a big deal.

Very professional truck mounted system. Professional tech!
Our carpets and dining chairs needed big time help! With 3 kids in the house our highest traffics is the stairs, and dining table chairs. They did a great job in a very timely manner. He gave us booties for use after cleaning while the stairs continued to dry throughout the day. I highly recommend.

What an incredible job the guys did at Imperial Carpet! I messaged them about doing 4 rooms and cleaning my fabric couch, they quoted me quickly and gave me their earliest availability which was like two days later! They came right in between their window and started working quickly and efficiently. All the stains are out of the carpet, it smells wonderful in the house and I am so appreciative. Hard working guys with amazing quality. Hire them ASAP!

Very punctual and respectful to us and our house by putting plenty of drop cloths down so as to not drag any of their tools or hoses on any of our property. On time. Wore Covid masks in respect the whole time. Quality job in cleaning our furniture well and thoroughly (under, between, back, etc)
