- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide the best tasting food, using the freshest ingredients. Our pricing is competitive yet affordable. Food/beverage are subject to current sales tax and when we provide on-site service staff, there is a 16% service fee which covers use of equipment, linens for buffet tables, décor for tables where food/drink are stationed, insurance, transportation of food/equipment,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is unique to the kind of event it is. We'll start with determining a menu that fits the client's budget. We'll go over details of service - drop off, buffet, food stations, seated meal, wait staff, etc and if any equipment is needed like tables, chairs, etc. We will establish a time line for executing the event so it goes smoothly and on time. A proposal will be drawn up

Our team is comprised of very experienced individuals, each bringing their expertise to our business. The team is versed in Culinary Arts, Event Planning, Customer Service, and Business.
