We did a full rehab on an older home and discovered part way in that our HVAC system just wasn't going to cut it. I found Keith through a reference and he was quick to solve our problems (we had to re-locate the furnace and add modern A/C), thorough in finishing all the details (he offered good suggestions on where to place new vents to optimize comfort), and kept us in budget for the changes.
I'll update this review after we actually get to *use* the new HVAC system Keith and his crew installed, but I found him passionate, prompt, professional, and on-budget - that's 4 of the 5 golden attributes of any contractor.
I'm sure I'll add "quality work" to that list once the full project is complete and I'm able to sit in comfort in the home - I'll update this review at that point. Feel free to contact me for any other details - I'll happily use Keith for anything that comes up in the future!
