LV went over and beyond what we expected from her when we hired her as wedding coordinator (day of). She made everything stress free for us, smooth and as perfect as it could possibly be. We originally planned to do everything by ourselves but we realized that this is not possible. It is also not fair to task relatives or friends to help out with wedding preps as we want them to just have fun on our special occasion. The simple and only solution was to hire LV and she took care of everything. She took charge and even planned the wedding reception timeline from start to finish. From the smallest detail up to working and coordinating with all the vendors. She was just so pleasant with everybody and it felt like she was in charge of everybody like the dj, photographer, caterers etc. She managed and worked with everybody so well which made our wedding reception as perfect as it could possibly be. Hiring her is like hiring a team because she can get everybody to work together towards a common goal. Me and wife is so grateful and lucky to have hired LV as our wedding coordinator.

I booked Annemarie for my wedding planning services and I am so thrilled I did! I knew I needed the help and I could have NEVER have done it without her! She was so organized, insanely helpful to my family and I, fun, and such a pleasure to work with. Besides keeping me on a schedule and making sure I was having fun instead of stressing on what I needed to do next , she would approach me and let me know ‘it was time’. She made all the steps to our wedding flow flawlessly (food service, toast, dance, photos, dessert, bouquet toss). If it wasn’t for her I would have been delegating and stressing my own husband and wedding party to make sure everyone else had fun. Instead I got to actually enjoy everything and have fun myself ! Priceless! She even talked me out of crying as I was about to walk down the aisle, which was a major goal of mine! AMAZING! She listened to my opinions and desires and offered advice when I needed and asked for it. She made sure I ate, which is impossible to do at your wedding. She kept everything like clockwork and with so much care and communication. I am so grateful for this woman! You are in good hands!

I've had the pleasure of attending a couple of events curated by Lady Eloise Event Planning and Design (LEEPD) and each time I have been impressed by the attention to detail, professionalism and seamlessness of the event from start to finish. Most recently, LEEPD helped bring my sister's dream wedding to fruition. A wedding for 300 guests is no small feat but every little detail, from decor to food to entertainment to accommodations and so on, was accounted for and executed flawlessly. I was so impressed with Porsia and her team I asked her for a stack of business cards and have been referring her and passing them out to friends and family in need of high quality event planning. If it helps, I don't typically write reviews unless I'm extremely impressed or highly disappointed. And by now, I'm sure you can tell I've been extremely impressed!! Seriously, go with LEEPD. You won't be disappointed!

Talissa was so amazing in helping me plan my wedding last October. From the flowers, to the set up of my ceremony, into the reception and everything little Inbetween was beautiful. My wedding would not of looked anywhere close to what it did without her perfect touch. I was so beyond thankful for her in making my special day all I wanted! We hired Ashley as a day-of planner for a medium sized wedding of 115 guests with several vendors to coordinate. We were so glad we did too. Ashley did a great job coordinating the vendors during our wedding day. She was able to pickup where we left off and fill in where we might have had gaps. I didn’t want a planner and to anyone sitting on the fence about this decision- get a planner and hire Ashley. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the day went and how Ashley managed the event.

Plan by Design Events took care of my bridal shower. Of course, as the bride I EXPECT the best and I was NOT disappointed. Priscilla and her team went above and beyond to be sure that everything was very well taken care, to the smallest details to the big demands, they took care of it all. She had great suggestions, ideas and they were able to execute them all. The day of the shower, I wasn't worried about ANYTHING and I was able to enjoy every second of it because I knew Priscilla was on top of it all. Our guests were not bored and they all had a great time. I recommend Plan By Design Events to anyone that is looking for a planner and for ANY type of event. At my wedding Priscilla also took care of all the details and she made sure all the vendors delivered what they had promised. She supervised them and made sure the reception and ceremony locations looked just the way I envisioned them. She went with me to several of my meetings with different vendors, so she knew exactly what I wanted from each of them. The day of, she took care of it all...from making sure the flower girls had on the right shoe laces to the reception center pieces...and once again I didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and I have hired them AGAIN! Now they are taking care of our baby shower. I can't wait to see the final product. Pictures coming soon!!

We had them cater our Wedding last weekend and they were a godsend. I could go on and on about how wonderful, caring, attentive and friendly they were. While planning they were a great source of advice and guidance. Chef Renee gracefully answered my parents' (numerous) questions basically being our caterer/wedding planner. Most importantly the food was delicious!! The passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour were outstanding and everyone complimented the incredible dinner! To top it all off our cake was delicious and beautiful, Did I say delicious!! They also provided friendly and attentive bartenders and waitstaff. Everything was so good, our guests were so happy and full... we are still receiving compliments. The entire team was professional and so attentive and they really set up our tables beautifully! Chef Renee and her team went above and beyond our expectations and really made our day perfect! If you hire them you won't be disappointed!! We can't wait until the occasion comes to use them again!

I needed a Wedding Coordinator to decorate the reception venue on the day of the wedding since I wasn’t going to have time to do so, Valentina contacted me and from her initial email I knew she was perfect! Her email stood out from others due to her professionalism and well thought out questions, she came off as someone that knew what the job entailed and asked all the right questions. The wedding was 5 months away Valentina kept in touch and as the date draw closer scheduled a meeting to go over the details meeting her in person just solidified my decision. Throughout the months Valentina made sure to very politely keep in touch with me always offering to help in anything needed despite the fact that I had only hired her for the day of. In the few days before the wedding she contacted me to check on last details, 3 days before the wedding I had to completely change the lay-out and was in constant communication with her for the next 2 days. Valentina went above and beyond to make our day perfect, I really never did worry about the reception decoration because she was in charge she gave me such peace of mind it was really great to be able to trust someone so much and not have to worry. The day came and she did an absolutely great job, she got to the venue early, set up the tables, décor, managed the florist and arrangements, deliveries, picked up a cake, greeted our guests and announced our entrance. Valentina was absolutely amazing and wedding coordination is really her calling, she had great taste decorating the cake table, gift table, everything looked beautiful. She added a few flowers to the cake and sent me a picture for approval it was so classy and beautiful and something I hadn’t thought of. Valentina was a joy to work with, always professional, kind and willing to do a great job she was my best vendor and I’m so grateful for her she saved me a lot of stress and did a great job my guests were blown way and are still talking about how beautiful the reception was. I’m a Project Planner by profession and looked forward to planning my own wedding which was fun, but I would not hesitate to hire Valentina and just let her plan and execute the entire event, in fact had I known her earlier I probably would just have hired and let her design and manage it. Rebecca was my wedding planner back in 2011 and I have to say she was hands down amazing. Friendly, professional, welcoming, organized and dedicated. I gave her my vision, my color scheme, and budget and while sticking with the budget she was able to capture everything I asked and dreamed of. The day of the wedding went smoothly, we had rain but she didn't let anything stop her from setting up. Then, one hour prior to my wedding I fell and needed stitches, she rushed me to urgent care and had me in and out within 45 minutes. My wedding only started 15 minutes late and I know if it wasn't for her taking me and making sure I was taken care of right away, my wedding wouldn't have happened. Thank you Becca for everything and I know when I renew my vows you'll be my planner again ❤️.
