- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge $95 an hour. If there is a new problem that we have to spend time researching we not over charge for the learning process. For example if a job should have taken 1 hour and we had to figure it out and it took 2 hours we would charge for only the 1 hour to keep our Price down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We want to make our new customer happy. We will try and get you fixed right away with any computer problem you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I learned how to fix computers in 1987, went to Computer manufacturing classes in 1992-1994. Then ITT Tech. Lot of on the Job training.
