    I Called Chuck today to see if there was anyway to resolve is Windows XP issue. His Laptop needs to be reloaded and we were not going to charge him if he like us to reload it for him.

    Aaron, a great big thanks! He analyzed & corrected the issues with internet connection, upgrades including installing a solid state drive. Very personable, knowledgeable, reasonable, confident and there was no hesitation in pinpointing and fixing the PC no BS. I would highly recommend Aaron for computer issues and use him again if needed in the future.

    Aaron was fantastic and fixed my problem very quickly and professionally. He came to my house on the same day that I reported the problem. I will keep Dispatch Tech's contact info handy and not hesitate to call on them again. Once the problem was solved Aaron took extra time to make some improvements in my configuration and helped me establish a back up system. I would highly recommend Aaron and Dispatch Tech's services.

    All I can say is: WOW, how did I ever operate without Dispatch Tech before! They are the best, most efficient way to maintain your computer issues. They do it all!, from hardware issues, software AND help me with how to understand my file management. Aaron goes above and beyond good service. The response time before they solve the problem is 5 star. They always get back to you within minutes and the way they fix things remotely is very impressive. I actually get computer lessons while I watch him fix my issues. I actually don't know anyone who could not benefit from their services. Thumbs up!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $95 an hour. If there is a new problem that we have to spend time researching we not over charge for the learning process. For example if a job should have taken 1 hour and we had to figure it out and it took 2 hours we would charge for only the 1 hour to keep our Price down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to make our new customer happy. We will try and get you fixed right away with any computer problem you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to fix computers in 1987, went to Computer manufacturing classes in 1992-1994. Then ITT Tech. Lot of on the Job training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got a computer in 1987 and I started learning on it then. I worked for Dell for several years then myself.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with several types of customers from Dentist to Mortgage Brokers. We have seen it all and are great at fixing Virus Removals, Printer Setup, in home/business WIFI, networking. Software help, uploading, downloading and computer support. There is nothing we can't fix.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We took a company that was running on on old server, help them upgrade to a new server, Beefed up security on their firewall and now they are running better than ever.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
How much Experience do you have? Are you a 5 star company? Does your company get a lot of referrals? Can we trust your company? 30 years, Yes, Most our clients are Referrals, for sure that why we get so many referrals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How long have you been working on computers for? How fast can you fix the problem? Do you show us how you cleaned our pc? Since 1987, usually within an hour, We sure do.
