I Called Chuck today to see if there was anyway to resolve is Windows XP issue. His Laptop needs to be reloaded and we were not going to charge him if he like us to reload it for him.
Aaron, a great big thanks! He analyzed & corrected the issues with internet connection, upgrades including installing a solid state drive. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge $95 an hour. If there is a new problem that we have to spend time researching we not over charge for the learning process. For example if a job should have taken 1 hour and we had to figure it out and it took 2 hours we would charge for only the 1 hour to keep our Price down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We want to make our new customer happy. We will try and get you fixed right away with any computer problem you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I learned how to fix computers in 1987, went to Computer manufacturing classes in 1992-1994. Then ITT Tech. Lot of on the Job training.
