My phone and internet support services generally are $60 and nothing more.

Whenever I work with a new customer, I explain every step of the troubleshooting process, to gain the trust and confidence of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's not something I tend to advertise, but I do have two undergraduate degrees and several industry certifications from Cisco and CompTIA.
