Introduction: Although there are many well qualified professionals in my field of work, I believe in going the extra mile. I have been working for the school district in the IT department for the past six years. I have been exposed to many different types of technologies and have obtained industry certifications from CompTIA and Cisco. Ever time I have a problem with my laptop or computer Javier has always been very helpful in fixing the problem for me. I trust him and he is very honest. He is willing to go the extra mile in fixing the problem in a reasonable time frame, sense I use my laptop for work. Very pleased with Javier's work.

I would highly recommend PC Tech for computer repairs. He has helped us setup a new server for our business and has also configured the workstations, we were up and running very fast. I don't think there is any job too small or too big for PC Tech. Javier was very friendly and professional, and he continues to help us for our computer issues. Most important he is honest and trustworthy and the price is very reasonable for all the work he has done for us.

Javier has been awesome in fixing my computers and helping set up programs and even teaching me a few things ! The job was done at my house since I have a office specially for my work . He is very trustworthy and we wouldn't want any other tech helping me . I have never had not even the slightest problem with him . I have nothing bad to say about him except that im very happy with him and I know he will continue to be great and helping others with their computer issues

We started a new small business and didn't know where to start for our computer and server needs. This is when we turned to Javier and he patiently listened to us and explained to us our needs and worked with our budget to get our computers and server up and running. He walked us through everything. We are verry satisfied, now everything is working great and we have time to focus on our business. My phone and internet support services generally are $60 and nothing more.

Whenever I work with a new customer, I explain every step of the troubleshooting process, to gain the trust and confidence of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's not something I tend to advertise, but I do have two undergraduate degrees and several industry certifications from Cisco and CompTIA.
