- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I operate my IT Business from the comfort of my apartment in Lemon Grove. Diagnostics are free if you bring your laptop, computer, and\or printer to me. I will give you an honest recommendation and advice you whether it's cost effective to proceed with a repair. My rates are very affordable compared to my competition, and even a greater benefit that I have been doing this for over thirteen years. Have worked and performed IT Consulting for huge corporations such as Unisys, Qualcomm, Northrop Grumman, General Atomics, SPAWAR, Target, Wal-Mart, CompuCom, HP, AT&T, and various more Corporations.

Make sure you find someone who not only has certifications but has the hands on knowledge and is honest. I've been doing IT for over thirteen years and am very good at what I do and honest.
