Introduction: During this COVID 19 outbreak we are now providing the Remote Skills Verification for training. This is a new way to provide you CPR/AED and First Aid Training without the risk of exposure to the pandemic. How This works? We send the video link to your email for you to complete. Then there is another link in the same email to allow you to schedule your skill assessment. We drop ship the equipment to your location for your appointment. On the day of your scheduled skills, an instructor will have face time with you online and will watch how you perform the skills and answer all your questions. Upon completion you will receive your certifications.

Outstanding customer service! Jeff was very flexible with scheduling and performing our requested training (CPR/AED & First Aid). We set it up late on Wednesday for a Thursday class and he was right on time. He was very patient and engaging with my kids (Ages 9-16), some who have special needs and was able to make them feel confident they could do what needs to be done in an emergency. His spiral teaching technique that introduces a step and then has you practice it builds on each other until your are confidently doing the full CPR/AED procedure. When the kids got tired after the CPR/AED portion he worked with us to complete the First Aid portion at a later time. All this for an excellent price. I couldn't ask for more and I highly recommend Beating Heart Center for your training needs. I will be using them again soon for next level training.

I had one on one training with the CPR/First Aid trainer, watched some very educational and interesting videos and was given ample time for actual hands-on practice in CPR with mannequins. It was a great experience.

I needed my CPR/AED certification renewal ASAP since mine was going to expire the end of the month. Jeff, my instructor from the beating heart center was quick to respond, flexible with my hours, and educational. There is a video portion and skills assessment portion. Once the video portion is complete they send all the equipment to you. Then schedule a meeting time and can do the class from home. Super convenient, highly recommend, and will use in the future.

Jeff was very responsive. The online portion can be completed at your own pace, but it is manageable to complete in one day. The skills portion was convenient and well planned. The equipment gets sent to you quickly and you get one on one time with the instructor. The skills training took just over 30 minutes and was a fun experience. The equipment was easy to assemble and disassemble and a return shipping label was provided. I would do this again. Worth the money.

Jeff and Stephanie were awesome instructors. I held two classes for my caregivers and we all had such a fun learning experience! They came to my house so we could learn from the comforts of home. The instructors told jokes to keep us engaged the 3 hours. They answered any questions (even the ones when we got off topic)...and explained or demonstrated until we understood. I would highly recommend the Beating Heart for your cpr qual needs!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes every few months we get updates on studies that help improve survivability in CPR. Every 5 years the entire programs are updated with new curriculum.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to help people. I wanted to become a doctor at one time, but I discovered that once your sick or injured it is too late. I find that education in prevention was much better than any medical practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job is teaching CPR and the use of an AED to people that are required this training for their work.
