- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Scheduled classes are one price for all students. For private classes with fewer than 4 students, the cost is higher For private classes with 8 or more students, discounts are available
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attend conferences by the American Heart Association every year, participate in county emergency drills, active on LinkedIn both learning and contributing to discussions related to First Aid and CPR. Questions from: "Should you use an AED on a pregnant woman?" to " feedback on latest CPR manikins and equipment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Former EMT and San Diego county paramedic. Worked on the ambulance for almost 5 years doing 9-1-1 calls, also worked on the CHET team for Children's Hospital. Lots of experience and love helping people.
