If you are looking for a responsible, responsive, personable, knowledgeable DJ with a nice voice, look no further. I selected Lenny from the several DJ's that responded to my request for a wedding DJ for a 56-year-old bride. I liked that he had been elected to serve in the DJ organization because I figured other DJ's would only elect a DJ who they thought was good. I also liked that he had volunteered his services for charitable events. From my first meeting with Lenny, when he showed up early at the venue, to the last-minute changes to my playlist he made graciously and effortlessly I thought he was great. When I hired him, I didn't realize that a DJ can also serve as a sort of MC for the whole reception. That was a nice bonus. He did a great job announcing key events such as the introduction of the wedding party, and keeping things on schedule. As for the actual playlist, I gave him my list of traditional wedding songs, such as Sinatra songs. But at the reception, I realized that we wanted faster songs. He quickly changed and started playing his selections that were much better for dancing. I am no expert, but it seemed to me that the quality of and sound from his equipment were very good. Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you hire Lenny as your DJ.

Lenny volunteered his services for the San Diego Downtown Relay for Life and was nothing short of incredible. He was extremely professional and helpful in managing the entertainment aspects of a huge event. He's a great DJ and even helped with aspects outside of his normal expertise including helping live bands setup, and setting up our visual entertainment. Would HIGHLY recommend

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost, make sure that whatever dj you do hire is a real professional. What do I mean by that? There are many inexperienced guys who have some dj equipment that will offer to do a job for cheap, but don't be fooled. Always ask for proof of liability insurance. Ask for an inventory of the equipment they will be using and make sure it is real professional dj equipment. What type of lighting do they have available? Bottom line is, create a vision in your head, and then make sure whoever you hire can properly deliver your vision!
