- What types of customers have you worked with?
We defend people accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. We take great pride in our work. We believe the DUI laws have become more damaging to society than the evil they purport to target. People lose jobs and lifetime opportunities because of DUI charges. The statistics manufactured by the government further the fraud. While we can agree a drunk individual should not drive and can be a danger on the roadway, .08% BAC is not drunk and the level of impairment is de minimus. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Reading all the information available to you on the internet will not make you a good DUI attorney, but it will give you an idea of what is out there. We recommend you speak with more than one attorney before you make a decision about who to hire. Never feel pressured to make an immediate decision. You should feel comfortable with the attorney. You should feel confident that they have superior knowledge of the subject matter. And most importantly, you should feel knowledgeable about the law and procedures that will come into play in the administrative action as well as the criminal case. If you don't - walk away. Many attorneys market well, but don't know how to defend a DUI case and win.
