We loved working with Maya for our wedding photos. She was very professional, prompt, and skilled in capturing our special day. We had a couple of planning calls prior to our wedding, so she knew exactly what we wanted and the vibe we were going for when the big day came. She helped keep our wedding timeline moving, ensuring that we did not waste time between stages of our event, capturing all of our important moments and keeping things moving smoothly.I was super impressed how quickly we received our sneak peaks, in less than 1 week, with over 200 photos to browse. The complete gallery was available a couple weeks later and she left us with around 800 beautiful moments to choose from. She truly is a master of the golden hour! Maya took wonderful photos of our family. She was responsive to my initial inquiry and was very professional but down to earth and easy to talk to. She was very good with our seventh month old and got him to smile a lot more than I thought he would. She captured some great moments without making them feel forced, and helped us feel very at ease during the entire shoot. We have never had a family photo taken, but she made me, my wife, and our son feel very comfortable the entire time. She was also punctual and knowledgeable of what would make the best photos re lighting, posing, and background. She was also accommodating to come to our house. We really loved the whole experience and are very happy with the photos she took. I would absolutely recommend Maya to anyone looking for a wonderful family photographer in San Diego!
