Lori came to our Babe we are home to care for our two boys. She is a wonderful cat caregiver. I recommend her for pet sitting any time. She will send pictures and photos of your pets every day. That is so thoughtful of her.

This was my first experience with a Pet Care Professional and a very pleasant one it was! I needed a Walker right away since i recently rescued a rascally little 7 month old mutt from the shelter that i named "Bobby" haha So i Immediately scheduled a initial consultation with Tommy right away because Bobby didn't like being alone and his high energy needed to be taken care of. Since i work 8-5 and don't get home till 6 to an overly energetic pup wanting to go for a walk as i slowly make my way into my apartment exhausted. I needed to remedy this asap. I had a very pleasant experience with tommy, he was very clear about what i needed and recommended the mid day walk. He connected with Bobby right away, something that took me a lot longer to do. Maybe its a boy thing. But he has been walking Bobby for almost a week and what a difference it has made. Bobby still meets me at the door, but he's so much more calm and things aren't torn up inside. I love the new Bobby even more, yay Thank you Tommy at Dog Walker Woof Woof!

Our girls (2 bichons) had the best time with Renee. We know they have a friend for life (and they don't like everyone). Before our trip Renee stopped by to meet the girls. I was impresses with the way she so quickly bonded with them. I highly recommend Renee and we will be using her for all our dog sitting. Thanks Renee!

We recently had the pleasure of engaging Amy to care for our two cats while we were out of town. We couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. She did all the feeding and maintenance activities we requested but went above and beyond when playing and caring for our two loved ones. She sent us great pictures and updates, it was reassuring and fun to receive the photos. Our cat Kato is a real recluse when it come to new people in the home… We were so surprised to see pictures of him out playing with Amy and our other cat D’jango. We highly recommend Amy’s pet sitting!

This is a Letter of Recommendation for Nancy Peace. Nancy has taken care of my house and dog many times in the past years. Over this period she has sat in two different houses I have, and watched my dog, and sometimes a friend’s dog, for periods of 2 days to 2 weeks. I love to point out that both my house and yards are cleaner when I get home than when I left. Nancy is there to bring in packages, the mail has been stacked on my desk and the wastebaskets are empty. There is usually some dish in the refrigerator if I can’t get to the market soon after returning. As an added bonus, Nancy speaks Spanish. My dog loves her and is always a bit sad when she leaves. I highly recommend Nancy Peace for your house/pet sitting needs. Hersh Farberow

Jennifer O. March 12, 2017 VERIFIED STAY Trina has been checking in on my pups while we're at school and work and has been very patient with my dogs who tend to be very leery of new people. She sends me a report on how it went each day, putting my mind at ease and is making progress with my little ones, which I'm sure isn't easy. I really appreciate having her as our doggie-sitter. ============================= Laura D. February 1, 2017 VERIFIED STAY We're so glad we found Trina! With three dogs and a cat, it's been hard to find quality in-house pet care in Vallejo, but Trina was wonderful. We felt completely at ease having her stay in our home and the animals clearly think she's the best. We are certain we will be using Trina again in the future. ============================== Susan F. December 19, 2016 VERIFIED STAY Trina did a home visit for our older hound. He is a lover, but can be very picky when it comes to eating. Trina spent lots of time with him and even got him to eat! She spent the extra time to clean up after him, and wrote us a lovely note detailing how he did with her while we were gone. We feel very comfortable using Trina, and look forward to using her in the future. ============================== Teresa B. July 21, 2016 VERIFIED STAY Trina was a wonderful help when I went on vacation and had no one to watch my two shiba inus. She was prompt and very professional in responding. Very accommodating with regards to my dogs needs as well as mine. She was very sweet to my two little children when meeting them. The dogs were in good spirits upon my return and I could tell they were well cared for. I appreciate that she let me know each time she was at the house, and it was exactly what we agreed on. She also brought in my mail and ensured the house was intact, in addition the house was how I left it upon my return. I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing care for their animals and I will be calling on her again! Thank you Trina. ================================ Ben S. July 19, 2016 VERIFIED STAY Trina is WONDERFUL! We left our two dogs with Trina to be sat for two nights while we went Rafting & Camping, and then to an event in San Francisco the next day. The dogs ABSOLUTELY loved her! She has a 10 year old Boxer named Max, and Cash, my partners tiny little 5lb. Chihuahua, hung with his new buddy on Trina's living room couch. Tilly, my 12lb. Jack/Pom mix adores Trina as well, and loves going on walks with Max. PERFECT SITUATION for us -- Trina lives about 2 minutes away from us, and she also agreed to take the dogs again last minute for another night the following weekend, while we go kayaking. She's a lovely person, and is VERY thorough, and VERY responsive to her clients needs, both human and canine. I HIGHLY recommended her and her services.

Nancy sat for my two cats for a week. One had just been diagnosed with diabetes and was not eating. Nancy went far above and beyond to get my sick baby to eat. Nancy introduced me to wholesome treats and different foods. I would not hesitate to call Nancy to sit for my pets. Thanks Nancy!

She was very thorough with my English Bulldog. Although it was her first time caring for an English Bulldog, she took care to learn how to properly care for my pet. My pet had a wonderful time!

I have 4 purry furry cats aging from 6 to 16 years old. I hate going away because I always think my babies are going to fall victim to something horrible and I won't be there for them. They all have different personalities and needs that require a personal touch. My youngest has to play a while each day or she will try to turn my nervous and timid Calico Manx into a confetti colored chew toy. Bunny, the Manx, has issues with her stomach and has a special diet. When she is spooked she pees, that is something I want checked by someone knowledgeable about cats. My boy cat had kidney surgery last summer and it's necessary to make sure he isn’t having pain or appetite issues. Our eldest cat conscripts the others into shenanigans and this often means we come home to find that she has discovered a food we didn’t know was available and made it into a buffet. She is small, looks innocent, but is wily with a plan in the works every moment. These are the reasons I can't just drop and go, I need to know they are cared for or I can't enjoy my time away. I am afraid they will change the locks and rule the roost if we don’t feed them routinely. I can’t take the chance the freeloaders won’t get into trouble if left alone or to the care of someone who just comes by to fill their dishes. Lori gave me the best price quote on Thumbtack and had a great conversation with me via messages making my selection easy. She arrived at our home and met with my husband and furries to go over our routine and meet each of our cats a few days before we left. She was well loved by our more social kitties and my husband said she had great vibes. Good vibes is important to me because I want someone who is compassionate taking care of my babies. While we were away Lori came 3 times a day to feed, play, and clean their box. After every visit she sent me a photo and a status update. She replied promptly when I had comments or questions leaving me feeling like everything was under control. It meant everything to me to hear her tell me what she had experienced in each visit because she was caring for what is most important in my life: my family. When I arrived home there was a note from her with a kind message about her enjoyment in caring for my cats, saying how beautiful and sweet they are (they had her fooled because she didn’t mention sly and devious). Our big Angora was so soft when we came home I was convinced she had spent most of her visits petting him. He confirmed this suspicion when he kept by the door waiting for her to return rather than joining me for Mommytime. The cost of our sitting and care was cheap in my opinion. It was obvious that Lori and Pawprints aren’t trying to take advantage of our need for a sitter by trying to nickel and dime us. Some of the quotes I received for caring for my cats was astronomical for 3 days, one was over $400 for 9 visits. Our entire weekend of Lori’s incredible care cost us only $175. Before we moved we had a fantastic sitter who was comparable in care fees and care quality we just received from Pawprints. We are truly blessed to have found Lori, as we were to find Ashley previously. I will be using Pawprints service in the future and I feel so much more confident to go places knowing Lori will be caring for my babies.

About

My services stand out because I currently work alongside a Certified Canine Behavior and Training Specialist at a doggy daycare and have worked there for 3 years. Working here I have gained so much knowledge and understanding about different breeds that your average pet sitter just wouldn't know. On top of that I have had personal experience house/dog sitting for over 8 years. I can provide great references if requested and above all I love animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages . Although I currently work with dogs I own a cat and understand the needs cats require as well. I am more than capable working with high energy dogs and understand some breeds require more exercise than others. I am also more than confident in giving a pet medication if needed. I like to say that if you can physically pill a cat, pilling a dog is a walk in the park! My main goal at the end of the day is to make your pet feel comfortable and less stressed while you are away.
