I moved into a new construction home and immediately found hoards of ants inside my home. I immediately put out a request for exterminators and these guys responded immediately, had next day availability, were prompt and super helpful. I swear the ants just disappeared within an hour. He got to my house 1/2 hour after I spoke with him. Inspected and set traps for rats. Showed my contractor the entry areas to patch, called me with a report and will return weekly to empty traps. He's a good guy to work with.

He has done the first application to get rid of rats on my property. So far, I don't know the overall result, but expect to be satisfied. He is polite, arrived on time only 1/2 hour after I called, showed my contractor the spots on the house that needed to be patched to stop the rodents from entering the house. First impression is 100% favorable.

Al the owner was very good. He listened to our concerns and did an excellent job. We were having an ant infestation, tried everything and finally threw up our hands in frustration. Al was able to fit us in his schedule last minute and within hours the ants were gone! He will also come back and retreat at no cost if ants come back. I would recommend to anyone.
