Catalyst Fitness training sessions are designed to help each client reach his/her individual fitness goals. No two sessions are alike. It is tailored to challenge strength, cardiovascular endurance and coordination with 60-minute, movement-based appointments. Catalyst Fitness also emphasizes fun, fast-paced and educational activities, which is unique compared to a traditional gym-based workout. We offer individual and group workouts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I played soccer up through college. After college I really missed that competitive outlet. Because of that, I got into weightlifting and nutrition. I am still able to set goals and reach them, not only with myself but with my clients. Nothing feels better than making goals, putting in the hard work to finally achieve and surpass them.
