Jerry - responded immediately to solve our treadmill problem. He was highly experienced with the equipment, and recommended several other options for prolonged equipment life. Jerry was fantastic with his repair of my Proform Treadmill. He quickly responded to my Thumbtack inquiry within 15 minutes and was able to schedule me for the very next day. Although he gave me a 12:00pm-2:00pm window, he arrived promptly at 11:50am. He was upfront with his diagnosis (my belt had folded on itself) and let me know that he might be able to fix it, but the crease would still be there. He came prepared with a replacement belt just in case, but did not pressure me to change it. He was able to unfold the belt, but the machine did not run correctly and we decided to go ahead and make the replacement. He completed the entire job in about an hour, including leveling the treadmill and lubing it to prevent future problems. I most appreciated the time he took to explain all of workmanship (I told him he should get a YouTube channel) and little techniques I should use to get the most out of the treadmill. He offered a three year warranty on the belt because we have our machine outside, but usually warranties it for 5 years if it’s inside. We were extremely happy with the results and will be going back to Jerry for all of our future treadmill maintenance. Thanks so much, Jerry!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We charge a standard service call fee. We do not charge an hourly. Parts are additional, if they are needed. We strive to not have to replace parts, and can rebuild most electronic parts to save.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We can assess your problem over the phone, answer all questions, and book you an appointment at your convenience. Please have your Brand, model, and serial number available (not mandatory) We like to have this information prior to a service call so we make sure to bring any parts you might need. Our goal is handle the repair service on our first trip.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are master electricians, electronics, and mechanical experts. IBEW background training, as well as thorough manufactures training. We have not found a machine we are unable to repair yet.
