- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! I am constantly striving to improve my skills and learn the greatest and latest. In a few months I am going to Chicago for a few days to work under one of my favorite Chefs to learn all about his fine dining italian restaurant.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It found me! I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life until I stepped into a kitchen at the age of 18. There was no turning back.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am often hired for private cooking instructions or dinner parties and celebrations.
