Chef Trey was awesome from our first conversation until he left our event! He was quick to respond to me from the first phone consult and anytime I reached out to him. He is extremely professional and his food is amazing!! My fiancé and I really enjoyed our evening with him. I will definitely be using his services again!

We booked Chef Trey for an all Girls Weekend Birthday Celebration and he was awesome. He’s professional, courteous and was observant to our needs. He cooked our five course dinner from scratch and the food was delicious. The flavors become more intense with each course. He served us our appetizers near the rooftop pool and catered to us like Queens. He left our kitchen impeccably clean and was a such a gentleman that he took our trash out. We’ll definitely going to book him again soon!

It’s 2020 so of course it rained because Covid was not enough to deal with. We scaled wedding down from 150 Guests to 7. We ate on the porch instead of out in the beautiful yard but it went super. The food was fabulous. CrabCakes were my fav and strawberry salad was to die for. Filets were fork tender and over the top!! Trey was an outstanding chef and all we had to do was sit back and enjoy a rainy night it Georgia. It was an absolutely wonderful intimate wedding and Chef Trey Beau knocked it out of the park for us!!

Chef Trey was EXCELLENT! I hired him for a bachelorette party dinner. It was a day filled with fun and we knew that we would not want to cook dinner that night, so we hired him for a plated dinner and dessert. He was very responsive on Thumbtack with his availability and rates. We then texted back and forth a few times, then talked on the phone to confirm the plan. He is very professional with a contract and requiring a deposit to hold our date and time slot. The day of the event, he checked in with me about 6 hrs before and showed up right on time. We let him in the house and he went straight to the kitchen and worked his magic!!! About 1 hr later, we were eating the BEST salmon, Brussel sprouts, and rice pilaf every!! His food was fabulous, his conversation is humble and genuine, and his professionalism is top notch. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to everyone that is looking for a chef. Thanks Chef!!

Chef Trey arrived early for my birthday dinner. He communicated with the guest and even let them sample while he was cooking. The food was really good and my guest gave him great reviews. By the end of the night he was part of our family. I highly recommend Chef Trey for any event. He will most certainly be invited back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider myself to be very affordable, and I reward customers that refer me to new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me, they will work with me to customize a menu. Once all of the details are ironed out, a client service agreement is sent to the customer via e-mail. Once reviewed by the customer and approved, a non refundable deposit is due, and the remainder of the fee is due on the day of the event. For clients with ongoing services, like personal chef service, the fee is charged weekly, and is due 48 hours prior to the appointment day each week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in culinary arts, and food service management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, Nevada.
