Manuel Luna communicated well via text, and showed up exactly on time. He was thorough, tidy, methodical, friendly, and installed the Toto bidet professionally. He also attached the bidet remote control on the tiled wall next to the toilet. He then repaired a support rod that had detached from the shower enclosure because of a rusting screw which had broken off (for a Kohler removable shower head). He cleaned up the entire area when finished. The new Toto Washlet Bidet works perfectly. He was very fair in his labor charges (others quoted from 2-4 times more in their estimates!). I highly recommend Manuel for any plumbing needs you may have. I'm keeping his contact number in my files if I need professional assistance again.
