We used Seth and his team for an addition and ADU at our property. They did a great job with design and made things easy for us. Carolina was our project manager and everything went smoothly given covid situations. She was able to see our design which translated to the architect plans. We would use Seth and Carolina again.

We, ModernGrannyFlat, connected with Design Appruv, Inc through their Instagram account and I was immediately impressed by their stellar communication and their willingness to answer any and all of my questions. Our Architecture Firm specializes in Granny Flats and Accessory Dwelling Units in San Diego, California. Seth and the Design Appruv team took my project which was just wrapping up architectural design, prepared my designs for permit submission and submitted them to the County of SD for me hasslefree! Design Appruv even went as far to assist us with pricing out the ADU project with their in-network General Contractors.   We will get started with a Phone Consultation to determine your flexible quote and timeline. Once you determine if our total project cost is within your price-range, we will schedule you in for a site consultation. At this meeting we guarantee that we can develop a viable and financially feasible game plan to get started!
