Bernadette assisted us with a three month project to help document all of our processes. We were tired of training staff that were constantly turning over. This allows us to have a more consistent training program so that all staff are trained properly and all should have the same knowledge. The total project took about 3 weeks. She also provided training classes for internal staff in order to get us started. She has also helped develop our new employee orientation program and various internal documents.

Terri is my instructor at the accounting school I attend. She has gone above and beyond my expectations and shown a personal desire for every student to succeed and have the knowledge and confidence to be successful in the field of accounting. When I have difficulty understanding a process or concept in the accounting field, Teri has made sure to spend the time needed until I feel confident that I understand. Her knowledge of Accounting is excellent. She not only teaches Accounting, she also emphasizes ethics and standards. Even when faced with challenges, she has found a way to make sure I have the tools and knowledge I need.to succeed. I feel very confident to say I am being taught by the best. The only thing I can think of that could have been better, is lengthen the class time, as there is so much to learn.
