Darin should showed up by himself when it was agreed upon that there would be two movers working on this job. Due to this my father (in his 60s) who was on-site had to do the work of the second mover.
No discount on the rate was offered or even an apology just an excuse that “his friend” bailed last minute.
Friendly enough guy but not professional; under no circumstances should the customer have to do the work they hired someone to perform.
