Molding or baseboards,
Job was done (replacing 2 kitchen faucets) as agreed upon and work area was fully cleaned up after work completed. Met all expectations and then called later in the day to assure that all work met with our expectations and was still acceptable. Thanks!Sep 28, 2018VerifiedMcClure Construction's reply
Thank you for the work and the nice review.
Richard was a great pleasure to work with. He was always on time and flexible with my hours. He answered all my texts and phone calls in a timely manner. I would definitely hire Richard again with any future home projects I have.Aug 6, 2015Verified
You know you have an outstanding contractor when after the job is done and paid for, they come back as promised to fix problems. That kind of integrity is rare in the industry. In the end, the window installations, interior drywall repair and exterior stucco work was completed to the highest professional standard at a very competitive and reasonable cost. Richard couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating throughout the process. - BobMar 26, 2017VerifiedMcClure Construction's reply
Thank you Bob I appreciate your positive review.
Fence and Gate Installation
We just wrapped up the fence project for our house which was massive. Dick followed my concept and made revisions whenever i required. It was fun and easy to work with him. There's always a 2 way mindset. It turned out excellent, including the trellis and pergola. The 2 small gates out front to give us security was installed and my overall look is splendid to view! Would recommend Dick to anyone having a home project. He delivers!Feb 7, 2015Verified
Dick Mcclure completely gutted my condominium and then remodeled it to my specifications. He did an outstanding job and I am completely satisfied with his work. Everyone who has seen the completed job has commented on the great job he did and how beautiful it looks.Feb 17, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on the cost of material and the labor to complete the work as described in the scope of work. Military Vets receive a discount based on value of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially set up a meeting to review the project. Prepare a detailed bid and scope of work to present to the Customer. If hired to do the job I meet with the Customer and review the scope of work, pricing and construction schedule. Upon acceptance of the bid I prepare a construction contract which is reviewed and accepted by the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Graduated from Cal Poly State University with a degree in Architecture. Worked for major corporations as construction manager as well as working for large General Contractors as project manager. I started my construction company in 2005 and have completed a variety of projects ranging in value from $250.00 to $100,000.
