- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with other handyman services in San Diego. I don’t offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first ask for a basic description of the job and have the customer send pictures if they are capable of doing so. I will then schedule a time/day that works best for the customer. I will always notify the customer of any supplies that will be needed for the job and offer to pick up them up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently do not have any professional training however, I look to attend a trade school in the near future to further advance my career.
