- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call or book online to set up your junk removal appointment. We offer two hour arrival windows, so there's always a convenient time for you! On the day of the appointment, we'll arrive on time and give you a courtesy call when we're about 30 minutes away. You'll never have to await around for us to get there. Once we're on site, simply show us the items you want us to take and we'll give you a free, no-obligation quote. As soon as you give us the green light, we'll remove your items from wherever they're located on your property. Once we're finished, we'll walk through the whole area with you to make sure we got everything. We'll even do a little sweeping up.
