Get a workout centered around your goals and make sure you enjoy doing it. Fitness should not be boring and drudgery. You should enjoy the atmosphere, the people, the trainers, the workout and then you will be more likely to make it a habit. A good habit! Ask questions like "why do you have me doing this" and if you don't like the answer then you shouldn't have to do it and "because I said so" is not a valid answer
