Markshane has been great so far. I just started seeing him but can tell that his enthusiasm to motivate me to hit my goals combined with a totally different high intensity workout every time I come to see him is going to help get me to where I want to be. If you're looking for someone who you can tell genuinely cares about you and your goals I highly recommend Markshane!

I have always been an athlete growing up, and I still consider myself pretty fit. However was getting bored just running and didn't want to spend the money going to a crowded gym so decided to give personal training a try. Lana is the perfect choice! I've been with Lana for a little over a week and she is outstanding! Very professional, and nice yet extremely motivating. She knows a lot about cardio and strength training, and even runs with me during our workouts. I highly recommend Lana.
Dustin is an amazingly professional trainer that is highly responsive to the needs of his clients and we'll build a custom Training rooting for you based on your specific goals and resources. I met with him this evening at the park and she had me doing several of his high intensity interval routines that's just it my abilities and made it possible for him 2 gauge my aptitudes at this time. The workouts were challenging but not overwhelming and Dustin was very responsive to my needs whenever I was unable complete the set or if I was in pain he was able to switch out the routines to make it more comfortable and always kept a very positive motivational attitude. I'm looking forward to continuing working with him swords my health and athletic goals! To be thorough I am a 37 year old male that is trying to lose 35-45 pounds in body fat and gain a muscular toned physique so we'll see where we can go from here!
I highly recommend Izzy for all levels of fitness. I started training with him to get out of a fitness slump, and stayed because his workouts had me feeling amazing and strong. The benefits were quickly felt in my skating performance. He's lighthearted and fun, but also great at pushing you when you think you can't do anymore. I never thought I would ever pay for a personal trainer because I enjoy working out on my own, but I feel like it was a great investment in myself. Plus, he taught me routines I could take on the road, which is great.
I purchased a Groupon deal to try this Boot Camp out, it wasn't what I expected, but in a good way! I knew I needed to start to get more exercise to achieve better results, and was dreading it! This place is awesome! The trainers are friendly and encouraging, not at all like the "Drill Sargent" style I was expecting from a boot camp, I love the high intensity circuit style training, and I always leave drenched & feeling accomplished! Thanks for making working out work for me!
Matt is hands down the best trainer we have ever had! He is on time, knowledgeable and adapts the workout to your needs and skill level. And he is a genuinely nice guy to spend an hour with which is equally important!
I've been working with Tom now for a little over 5 months it's been the best decision! Not only does Tom push me through my workout, but he makes it enjoyable. He has really listened to me with the goals I have, and has helped me make them happen. Everyday that I workout with Tom we do different exercises, and I feel that each one is planned specifically for me with my goals in mind, while constantly adjusting the intensity levels so I continue to see results. When researching other trainers I didn't find anyone comparable in price for his background/knowledge, availability and overall passion for training. I am so happy to have found Tom and excited to continue to work with him!
I took a Zumba class with Johanna. It was fun and a high intensity workout. It was such a great experience, it didn't even feel like a workout besides the fact that I was sweating like crazy.
Mike and crew have helped me "see the light"! I have been training with Zack 3 times a week for about 6 months now. Zack is awesome! He is constantly changing up the workouts to best fit my needs and is super flexible to accommodate his clients as best as possible. After having broken my pelvis playing D1 soccer, Zack has been helping me recover through a very specific strength training program. I've definitely seen my strength, mobility, and agility improve since working with him.
Angie is our fitness trainer at the San Diego Tech Center and teaches classes ranging Core Strength, High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training to Boot Camp. She makes classes fun, keeps pushing us push our limits, switches things up if she senses we are plateauing. She is very friendly and extremely approachable, be it advising on specific personalized exercises, diet, injuries, or just general health. Just by attending her classes, I can lift heavier at the gym. My flexibility, core strength and endurance have all significantly improved. This helps me tremendously while playing those long league level tennis matches. I have also been injury free, since her workouts target all major and minor muscle groups. Since the beginning of April Sanj has helped me achieve my fitness goals. Sanj understands different body types and understands how to deal with problem areas or areas where you have had previous injuries. He is super motivating and a full of positive energy and very humble and shows such compassion to his clients. He shows up on time and the quality of his training is the best I have seen in a long time. He comes highly recommended and if you meet him in person you will know you hired the best!
If you are SERIOUS about becoming the best version of yourself, Jon Sanchez is the man for the job. I am a former Marine who specialized in High Intensity Tactical Training and he definitely gave me the best workouts of my life. He held me to a high standard and it’s hard to find trainers that will do that for the risk of losing them. He will encourage you and push you to better your health. He is also very flexible. I have a job where every week my hours are different and he was always flexible with my hours. I’d highly recommend to anyone no matter what level you are on. He will meet you where you are at with your fitness level and take you to the next level.
I've had the pleasure of training with Jazelyn for over a year in group and one on one settings. Not only have I noticed amazing changes in my body, I have also gained confidence and a new healthy relationship with fitness. I struggled to find a fitness routine that I could be consistent with. When I started personal training with Jazelyn I had little to no knowledge of proper form, weight lifting or what I was capable of. Jazelyn is creative, attentive and pushes me past what I thought my limits were in the gym. Jake is an excellent trainer! My son went through many intense and high powered workouts that ended with great results including a lot more confidence. We truly enjoyed working with and getting to know Jake.
Marcia is awesome! I trained with for my first 5k and was great! She pushes me out of my comfort zone, gives me nutrition tips, she knows my body limits and respects that. Now I'm doing her bootcamp classes at the park. It's hard work, high intensity exercises, a big challenge but I love it so much. We lose an average of 800 calories per class. During the class I want to "kill" her but at the end I feel so good and relaxed. Love her and the beautiful job she does :) I highly recommend her!
Sara is an incredibly divers trainer. Truly knows her skill and is always keeping me on my toes. I have for the first time in my life seen mussel growth that I had not thought was possible while at the same time helping me to cut fat. Bulking and Cutting at the same time. Without a doubt the best Personal Trainer I have ever worked with. Her skill level is much broader than pilates, her personal training sessions are customized to meet my body goals.
