Holly is an incredible interior designer. She possess a skill set that cannot be taught or learned with experience. She was born with a creative eye and passion for design - it's in her DNA and as a client, it's something that you experience from the moment you meet her. She has an ability to come into a space and re-imagine it in a way you never thought possible. She takes a room and completely transforms it to maximize form and function while making it beautiful. She is insanely talented and there truly is no comparison. I would highly recommend Holly for any house, any project, any size or space she is amazing. My husband and I had just bought our first house and it needed quite a bit of work - not only in decor and paint, but it also needing some light remodeling. Holly was able to transform this house out of 1980 into 2015. Our house went from looking run-down and outdated, to looking fresh, modern and chic. When friends & family come over, they all comment on how they cannot even believe it's the same house. The rooms look bigger, the ceilings look higher and it looks brand new. Everyone comments on the decor begging to have Holly come help them with their house! Holly is simply amazing, I cannot say enough. Aside from her incredible eye for design, she is so professional, great at project management and helping you stay within budget. I would highly recommend her.

I was referred to Holly Chapin Interior Designs when I purchased my new home. I had very little belongings to work with and was overwhelmed. Holly reassured me she would provide great service to fulfill my wants and needs and stay within my budget. She did just that. My home looks great, better than I could have ever imagined. My friends and family are impressed by the style and comfort when they come to visit. I would definitely recommend Holly Chapin as your designer when ever you have a project, big or small.

We just moved here from the midwest into a 12 y/o house and every room basically needs updating. We're in the middle of the project(s) now and Holly has been phenominal! It's a little overwhelming to do a whole house and she's been great with helping us wade through all of our decisions. She's wise and creative, on trend and is senisitive to our budget. She picked paint colors for all of the rooms and it's beautiful. I have a 15 y/o son and almost 13 y/o daughter and they both connected with her - which is huge! She came up with great suggestions and found plenty of products on web sites and stores that we were able to purchase. She also has access to trade discounts and came armed with coupons (music to my husband's ears!). She's in the process of finding furniture, carpet, etc. as well as trying to work with what we already have. It's been a big move and adjustment for us and she's made it so much easier. Her ideas and talents are just what I'm looking for. She's got a gentle, easiness that I think is so comforting to work with. Very Happy with Holly!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly read trade magazines and also attend lectures and seminars. I am also a fan of HGTV!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to decorate my parents house when I was little during summer break. My mom would come home from work and the living room might be rearranged! I have always had an eye for art and design.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my jobs are decorating spaces; updating homes with a fresh look and function. I also provide home staging, new construction models, and remodels.
