I really appreciate Ed's help on my house inspection. He did an excellent work. He did a very careful check through the whole house which take 3hrs. Every detail has been carefully checked. I was impressed about his professional, punctuality, initiative, patience. His report is in a professional format, with pictures and explanation follows each picture. I most worry about my roof. He took a lot of clear picture on the roof from all angle and found each detail on the roof. After the inspection, he will walk through each issue he found here and there with me. And he is very patience to answer all of my stupid questions. I have no idea of any of the appliance and constructions in the house. Ed gave me detailed explanation of each item. I really appreciate his kindness. He send me report end of the day on the same day inspection happens, which is very efficient. My case is little special though, and this is the most part I want to thank Ed a lot. As I asked him about the elevation measurement of the foundation to check whether the foundation is flat or not. He is very kind and offering coming back again and do the measurement. I feel very lucky to found Ed on Thumbtack and have him help me on this home inspection.
