- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Since each project is custom developed to what works for the client, each client receives a personalized price for their organizing investment after the needs assessment session, and is based on things like: client needs and wants, the disorganization of the space in need, size of the space, unplanned situations, and how prepared you are to move forward and make decisions, to name a few. By helping yourself, you will also be helping others.... Kathleen is a breast cancer survivor, after being diagnosed in 2011, as this is personal to us as it is to so many others. We are proudly committed to donate 5% of our net income as in-kind donations to breast cancer. As a veteran owned business, we are equally committed to supporting youth development, as we are also avid supporters and volunteers of community outreach organizations which look to support transitioning youth within and outside our United States Armed Forces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. 10 minute phone consultation 2. 60 minute assessment consultation at the site 3. Minimum of 4 hours at a time tackling the project requested
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are trained professional organizers with the Preferred Organizers Association of over 1000 hours of training. We attend at least 6 webinars a month, attend at least 1 seminar a month. We are constantly reading about the latest and greatest items and trends we can pass on to our clients. We also have a combined 60+ years of organizing in some way or another: 15 years of retail merchandising as director of merchandising 30 years in the Marine Corps.
