Accent Home Designs Was fantastic. Sonia and her husband were punctual, considerate and efficient. They picked out furniture and accessories that showcased my home perfectly! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Home Staging and Handyman Packages as well as Home Decor. Prices differ based on project. Home Staging prices range between $1200 and $4500, Home Decor pricing is per hour ($50/hour, minimum of 5)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Consultation up to 30 minutes, Proposal is sent within 24 hours. If Proposal is accepted, a Contract is sent with 50% payment request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sonia Palmer is a Certified Interior Decorator (CID) and Member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). Zechariah Palmer is a Construction Engineer and Project Manager.
