The tech came out on a Saturday (the Saturday after Christmas, no less), mounted my 55" tv exactly where I wanted it. I have old construction and there were a couple problems along the way, but he was not deterred. He made sure I was happy with the install and showed me how to use the mounting equipment. Thank you!

Innovation Tech did a great job on our TV wall-mount installation. They came on short notice at our request, then overcame challenges of our install. (We have an old home with non-standard construction, but they figured it out.) I would recommend them.

I got several quotes from handymen, general contractors, and Innovation Tech. I picked Innovation Tech because TV/audio was their expertise. Terrance emailed then called and set up an appointment right away. His guy, Jeff, showed up on time and was courteous. I already had a TV mount but Jeff showed me why it wouldn't work and he was right. I bought a mount that had a plate that covered all of the back inputs of my TV. I figured Jeff would have a suitable mounting bracket with him and he did. After I agreed to purchase one (same price as the one I bought at SAM's) Jeff quickly put it together and mounted it on the wall. He also hid all the wires and positioned the TV at the best viewing angle. He also shortened the super long cable that Cox had installed. That's why I picked them, they know what they're doing and had I hired a handyman he would've tried and failed at setting up bracket because it was the wrong one and I would've had to return bracket, buy another one, have the guy come out again, and call Cox to have someone come out to shorten cable. Jeff got it all done within a couple of hours. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because I had to help Jeff lift the TV into place. I didn't complain but for what I paid I expected to not have to do anything except write the check :)

Great job. Very professional and this was money well spent. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. They mounted my television on the wall and placed the wires inside the wall. Very happy and satisfied with the work done. Could not have asked for a better job.
