- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack is pretty good about giving the customer a general estimate as long as the information entered is filed out as best as possible. If customer still has pricing questions, those are always welcomed and gladly answered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get a customer referral, we introduce our company and the services we’re able and happy to provide. A communication is established and our technicians are sent out to install and setup all equipment or service requested by client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the AV (Audio & Video) industry we are constantly receiving and making sure that our technicians are up to date with the latest updates on equipment and software.
