Typically, our pricing is offered at a "Flat Rate" instead of an unpredictable "hourly" pricing. This allows clients book with us knowing what to expect for the work that clients want completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 4 Step Process. 1.We gather basic details about your home and cleaning needs. 2.Clear Quote: I provide an upfront, customized price with no hidden fees. 3.We confirm your appointment at a time that works for you. 4.Follow-Up: I check in afterward to make sure you’re happy with the results. Ongoing Support: If you want recurring cleanings, I can set up a regular schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has has been trained on proper surface disinfection, product usage, and safety procedures. That really matters when when properly cleaning & disinfecting homes the correct way.
