- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ensure 100% satisfaction with our customers by asking them exactly what they would like to experience with their cleaning. It is through effective communication that we can get to the core of how to make our customers ecstatic when they see their clean home, and keep them happy by consistently delivering unwavering service again and again. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our two founders, Shane Fernbaugh and Patrick Lazok have years of experience in hospitality. Patrick is the Assistant Manager of the Inn at Sunset Cliffs finishing his 5 year career at the hotel. Shane has 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Manager at the hotel. Through our time in hospitality, we have mastered the art of customer service. We keep our customers happy at all times through friendly, attentive assistance. We have years of experience in how to manage hotel staff as well as housekeeping staff to do an effective and efficient job. We also have done plenty of cleaning ourselves and are humble enough and happy to pick up a broom at any time. Thank you!
