My experience with Agua Maids was awesome! Cheryl was energetic and eager to work. She was very knowledgeable about cleaning products and techniques. She was well aware of how important it is that our vacation rental be very clean and neat to make a good first impression, and a good lasting impression, as we depend on our good reviews for return business. We offer special rates for ongoing customers also hourly and flat rates to meet your needs. Sign-up for a weekly bi-monthly or monthly recurring service and get a deep cleaning for the price of our regular cleaning. Up to a $100 in savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We want to deliver the absolute best quality in customer service available, So the most important thing is to answer the phone when a potential customer is reaching out.Then I explain to them that I can provide them with a flat rate quote for any specific service requested.If after that they are interested in what we have to offer,I ask them to text me their address to confirm to commitment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are always looking to improve the services we offer to our clients, We believe in old fashion quality customer service,really nothing compares to the best,the question is what determines the best? Well I happen to think that it is an ongoing process to insure that every single customer is 100% completely satisfied with every aspect of what services they were provided. This is the only way to insure that the quality of service is going to continue. So with that having been said,I personally do every thing I can to better identify with the customers needs,by asking them how we can provide even better service and what we can do to make it as easy as possible so that it is more convenient and less hassle to arrange,by know what to expect.
