They initially came in to clean the house and it looked great, but a few areas (such as balcony and porch) were not done, which was a misunderstanding on our side as we did not realize it wasn’t included in the service we requested. We asked if they could come back to clean those areas and they came back very quickly and finished it up for us and although it’s usually an extra charge, they did it for no extra charge since we didn’t know it wasn’t included. I really appreciate how quickly they came back to clean and how understanding they were. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner as they did a great job and were so communicative!

Cario & his team did a great job. Thumbtak didn’t do a good job of helping spec out the cleaning job I had requested so he was unable to get enough people out to the site initially. Last minute, he was able to extend the time spent at our house & get more people out by rearranging a few things & was able to get the job done last minute. We needed this house to be cleaned for the open house we were holding the next day & Cario made it happen. He was not only professional in handling the miscommunication between Thumbtack & myself but, was also able to do a fantastic job in cleaning the house on a last minute notice. Highly recommend going with Scentdge.
