- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every interior project is completely different, so is every pricing structure. We strive to develop a plan that suits each individual clients needs... We work to create a very detailed scope of work and deliverable schedule, so clients understand just what they are getting, and when they should expect it. We are diligent about communication and satisfaction, and strive to create a creative partnership and friendship with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading the latest design and trade magazines, and belong to several local professional organizations that help to keep me up to date with the latest trends and requirements for my industry. Us Green Building organization ASID Roundtable Executive Women's Council National Assoc. of Women Business Owners (recently won "Woman Business Owner of the Year, 2014)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Interior Design is actually my second career. I enjoyed a successful career in print advertising as a branding specialist for over 15 yrs. After working with hundreds of mid-to-large size local companies I saw a need for help with space planning and interior design in their work spaces. Many were spending hundreds of thousands in advertising outside their businesses, and forgetting to market their unique differences, mottos, or stories to those folks inside their offices...whether they were visiting for an hour or working there day after day.
