Working with Layla for my wedding day was an absolute dream. We met for the trial run and I really feel like she listened to how I wanted to look for the big day. When I wanted to change things up in between the trial and the wedding day she communicated with me and made sure to understand my vision. On the day of the wedding she arrived EARLY (like 5:45a) to make sure that my mom and MIL could get their make-up started since I had 7(!!) bridesmaids. Layla and her assistant made sure all the ladies looked amazing and really made everyone feel beautiful. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an experienced make-up artist for a special day.

First of all, let me say that I am a professional makeup artist too so I have many makeup artist friends! I am not exaggerating when I say that the first week I got engaged I TOLD Layla to be free the next year for my wedding day. I didn’t ask, I told her because I know that she is the best and I NEEDED her to be the one to do my makeup for my special day! On the day of my wedding she executed my makeup flawlessly (not that I was surprised). I felt beautiful and confident and my makeup lasted all day and night on that hot summer day! As brides we have so much to worry about on our big day and with Layla as my MUA I had one less thing to worry about! Do yourself a favor and book her for any occasion! She is amazing and you will not be disappointed!!!

Layla is absolutely my go-to make up artist. She has probably done my make up at least a dozen times and I used her for my wedding, a professional photo shoot for my office, and numerous other occasions. Needless to say I think her work is AMAZING. Everyone I referred her to has thanked me. She is also so flexible and accommodating, she travels and makes the process as convenient as possible. I highly recommend her if you want to look flawless for your special occasion!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    There is a Milage charge of $0.60 cents a mile for gas on anything more then 15 miles from 92124 zip code, and there is a parking fee as well if valet or paid parking is required the day of the event.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with every possible individual you can think of :)

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I would definitely recommend giving the professional you’re contacting as much details about the date. For example, date of event, what time you/or the wedding party have to be ready by, how many people will be getting services done, and the location of the event. Knowing those questions are so helpful in us giving you an accurate price.
