Introduction: Lessons are designed to match your skill set, based on an initial interview and a short diagnostic. I've been tutoring GMAT since 2005. My last official score is 780. I work with a number of leading GMAT schools in Europe, including GMAX, the MBA Center, Optimus Prep, Manhatten Elite Prep, and the GMAT Dojo.
What differentiates me as a tutor is that I was never a 'natural' at English or math. I learned English as an immigrant to the United States and math, starting from scratch at a community college. I actually was tutored in math myself. If not for that, I would have surely flunked freshman calculus, but this 'beginner' background makes it easier for me to relate, and I think my students catch on quicker, because I don't try to push jargon and tradition.
My goal is just to give the best techniques, starting organically from wherever the student is at. The math and grammar you learn with me are purely functional, and that makes them much easier to use.
