Mohammad was very prompt with his responses. Gave a free evaluation and told me that i didn’t need any professional service and can basically use a fan to dry out the affected area myself. Risk Free Serv did an amazing job in my house. My washing machine was leaking and a large part of the kitchen was water damaged. They came, inspected everything, and set up their equipment trying to dry as much of the flooring as possible. They helped me deal with my insurance company and pretty much held my hand and walked me through the entire process. They cleaned up after themselves when my sink and part of the wall and flooring had to be ripped out to be replaced. Very professional and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend.
