B.I.G. D.A.D.D.Y. Teen Motivation

Introduction: Have you ever wondered why kids act out or why employees/personnel aren't performing? Well, it's always tied to something that goes deeper than what's on the surface. My story: My family and I battled chronic homelessness for almost 10 years and lived out of our suv for eight months all while employed full time San Diego Unified School District working with at risk youth. This time line was all of my 4 children's elementary and middle school years and a part of their high school years. As we transitioned into stable housing our lives began to stabilize. The trauma that we all experienced has had some adverse effects and have a form of ptsd. We've managed to cope with help from therapists and mentors but those past experiences will forever be etched in our minds and psyche. From this experience, B.I.G. D.A.D.D.Y. Teen Motivation was born. Big Daddy is an acronym: Be Involved Give Direction And be Diligently Devoted to Youth My purpose is to reduce human suffering and financial hardship among teens, their families, and employees/personnel. To the degree I do that, we ALL shall prosper! With over 20 years working for San Diego Unified School District, I have extensive experience working with middle and high school kids and their families. The service is based on being personal, honest, and empathetic with the teens, their families, or your employees/personnel. Because of this personal connection they will remember my service as personal empowerment versus just another seminar with a boatload of hype and notes. What I enjoy most about what I do is seeing those "light bulbs" coming on and the teens, their families, or your employees/personnel getting their breakthroughs, creating the success they desire and deserve as well as sharing their testimonials with others. I'm ready to serve you!
