My first initial conversation was great with Jose. He said he wanted to beat a previous quote ($180 house clean only) that I was given. Provided his reviews and the offer, I accepted. We set a time for him to preview the home that needed the move out cleaning and I learned then that he also offered carpet cleaning as well. So I asked him to quote that too. He came and gave me the updated price of 200 for the cleaning and 100 for carpet cleaning. I stated that the property needed to be completed before the 9th which was the day my client/sister needed to hand over her keys. So we scheduled for the 7th at 8 am. On the 6th I called Jose to confirm since I didn't not get a reminder from him. When we spoke he thought our appointment was for the 9th. I reminded him it was tomorrow the 7th 8 am. He said he wasn't able to do it at that time anymore and if I could please be okay with the 8th. I, at that point, was already having concerns now for my client/sister. After discussing the new date with her we agreed to move forward and go with the new date of the 8th at 1pm for cleaners and approx. 4pm for carpets. The next day i got a call again thst his original clea ers were not able to make it nut that he was syill anle to get a replacement crew. OK fine I guess. No changes in time or anything. The cleaning crew came as expected and were great. They seemed very hard working. I had stopped in through out the cleaning time frame and handed the crew leader the $200 portion for the cleaning only and asked her to text or call me when carpet guy arrived. Instead I received a call yet again from Jose saying the carpet cleaner can only do the 9th. I was upset but he made me feel at ease by saying they would be there 8 am sharp and done within a couple hours. The next morning i chatted with Jose and my client to confirm them meeting each other on site to complete the carpets. At that point I remembered that my client/sister had asked me to have them do a quick run over with the cleaning machine on a small area rug. Jose said he'd have to see it but that it would be about an extra 40 bucks. Which rationally seemed a bit high. I told him that it was only small and that he could discuss that portion with my client/sister. In the end i left everything to my sister because she was the one who was going to pay for the carpet cleaning part. When I called later on that afternoon to see how things went, she seemed frustrated that her total came out to $180. It turned out that Jose said to her that when he initially came out he didn't realized how bad the carpet was because the furniture was there which is not entirely true because he came for quotes when we were 3/4 of the way moved out. I became very mad and immediately text Jose that he better not try to hustle more money out of my clients/sister. I've then found out that she had actually already paid him the money and that the carpet cleaners were already done and it was too late. Jose had tried to reach me the following day regarding my text and I did decline his calls as I did not want to hear the excuses and was over it. He did offer to discount any next job because I had told him I am a realtor and would refer him out to many other jobs. I'm really bummed that this was such a difficult process therefore I am worried to use him again. Maybe I'll give him a shot at something more simple next time. But a move out cleaning and carpets cleaned seems pretty simple to me. Just appears to be some lack of structure with his business.

Jen did a great job providing cleaning services for my condo downtown. She was nice, sincere, very friendly and meticulous. She asked me what I wanted to get done and completed everything as requested. Although she was an hour late, she did have am open dialog with me and texted me frequently to let me know where she was (the Saturday Farmer's Market in Little Italy probably didnt help). My apologies to Jen if she had to park farther than expected. I used my initial cleaning with the Art of Clean Agency as a trial-run to see how they were, and based on work, I will definitely continue to use them as my monthly cleaning service. I wasn't really sure of what to expect. This was the first time that I've ever used a cleaning service for a move-out. Teresa and her Team were amazing! REALLY great customer service! My old apartment smelled really good and was so clean. I really don't think there was an inch left untouched in the whole apartment! It was money very well spent! Joseph and the Clean Move Team were amazing. I needed them to start my job super early in the morning and they arrived not only on time but early. They worked fast and efficiently protecting my belongings the whole time. They were clean, well mannered and professional. They didn't waste any time at all and got my job finished faster than I expected. They really are "packing experts"! Did a really great job cleaning my house and helping organize.
She is a fast worker and a fun person. I had her help clean my house as well as organize and clean my studio. She even was willing to help with some of the sewing and steaming so I could focus on my upcoming orders. I was really nervous about hiring help cleaning but it was so worth it. I didn't feel judged for my mess, she could clean fast and talk at the same time, I felt safe leaving her to do work as I ran errands and she's good with pets and bugs! LOL She actually likes cleaning...crazy right. Probably what stood out the most was when I was gone she encountered a wrinkle that would not come out with steaming so she switched to another task I had mentioned and asked me about it when I got back. I know that seems small but she's not the first to help me with steaming, just the first to not waste time going over it again and again than sitting there hopelessly doing nothing and wait for me or ignoring it thinking it's good enough and putting the dress away for me to deal with later. What she did showed her attention to detail and desire to be productive and not waste my money. Yes obviously, I will be working with her again heck I would hire her full time if I could!

I was visiting/staying at my friend’s house in San Diego for the weekend and she was freaking out about her place not being clean (to her standards at least) for an upcoming party, so I told her about Instamaids (I’ve used their services before in San Jose/Bay Area). We were able to get a cleaning set up for the next day, luckily! Cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job, and the customer service was really good, too! I was told that there is a one hour cushion window for the appointment start time, which I totally get considering the traffic, or cleaning services needing to be extended, or possibly cleaners not being able to find the homes right away. The cleaning staff got to my friends house pretty much on time, and were efficient. Whatever questions we had we were able to call customer service and all our questions were answered, and in addition customer service also spoke with one of the cleaning ladies to make sure they understood what cleaning services we were asking for. It’s nice that the cost isn't dependent on square footage either, so we don’t wasted time with someone coming out to first check out the space just to give an estimate. Plus the more consistent bookings you make the bigger the discount. Awesome price, cleaners, and customer service!
