- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the job, the lay out of every job is different so we have to go by what the job requires but very affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customers initiate interest in my services to assist them with a move, I will make contact by phone or email to setup a time to go out and see what the job is going to require. From there confirm date and time to make sure that we are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated my moving business for over 23 years.
