I had an aweful experience with this moving company. I called to get a quote but then I had a couple questions so I called back. After I asked him a couple questions like is there any additional charges besides the per hour rate and the fuel charge, he then told me it would take 7 hours to move a small 3 bedroom apartment. I then told him it only took less than 4 to move in and I didn't think it would take 7 hours t omove out. Well he didn't like the answer I gave him. Because after that, he told me that I should look elsewhere for a mover. I then called back and asked why he said that, he said it was just a feeling he had. I told him what he did was bad business. I want to tell everyone interested in this company that they should look elsewhere and that on a whim they could change everything including their mind to actually move you at the last minute and not to trust them at all. There are a lot of great movers out there. Best thing to do is to contact one of them. Suggestions: 123 Movers, AA Moving, Republic, American Trusted, Costal Moving (At). Good luck with your move :)

I recently moved from San Diego to LA. I contacted over 10 different moving companies to obtain a quote. After having a bad experience with my last move I decided to do a couple days of research. After many reviews I deiced to hire One Stop Moving and boy am I glad that I did so. They were night and day from my previous moving experience. They called the day before to give me the time of arrival and they actually showed up early. They took great care of my family belonging. They worked fast and efficient and all 3 of my movers were very polite they even took time to amuse my son by letting help play with the tape and blankets. I was very impressed with the service I received.

I recently moved to San Diego from Colorado. I was relocated here for work so I moved into a temporary place for 4 months. After moving twice in less than a year I can really tell the difference from one company to another. I was a little shaken up by the company I used to relocate to California, my experience wasn't great at all. My company paid for the first move and even though I am not paying out of my own pocket the price was absolutely outrages and my items had so much damage. After my first experience I intensive research and per a new co-worker I received 4 estimates. From the beginning One Stop Moving was much more professional than any of the other companies. The estimator took his time to explain all the details of my move and why he estimated the hours for my move. Not only did the workers take great care with my items they actually finished a hour and a half sooner than estimated. I will most certainly use them for any future moves. I can 100% state that I had a wonderful experience.

One Stop Moving and Storage moved me from La Jolla to downtown San Diego, the movers were nice professional and friendly! they moved my entire house with out a scratch! GREAT COMPANY!!

I recently hired One Stop Moving and Storage to move my home into to storage while my new home was in escrow. They moved into and out of storage very quick and efficient. The guys work hard and fast. I really like that all the charges were told to me upfront.
