- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I can gauge variety based on individual or group rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with 3 easy chords. Then work with several songs that have those chords. The progress to shapes of chords, then difference between Major and Minor chords. For music groups, contact the point person(s) and get to know what is requested (Wedding, Dance, etc.) and then we'll know how to present our music and add additional services no extra Charges. This could a role as MC or Music coordinator.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been teaching since I was in college. I perform with a wide variety of groups from Guitar duos, dance bands, Latin up to Big Bands.
